maven 프로젝트용 gRPC 세팅

회사에서 gRPC를 사용하려고 하는데 gRPC 처음 세팅 예제는 거의 gradle용 이더군요.

하지만 회사에선 maven을 사용해 gRPC 세팅하고 제대로 작동하는지에 대한 간단한 예제를 만들었습니다.

gRPC pom.xml 설정은 https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java을 참고했고 스프링부트 프로젝트 만든 직후 pom.xml을 설정하였습니다.
